Technology
What about your tech is bothering you, is something not working? Or do you just have a complex way of doing something, but it works.....kind of...I am proficient in Windows 365, Mac and Linux. I have built and fixed many computers. I manage my own personal network (NAS) so I don't have to pay big tech for storing my files and photos. I implemented a DNS sink hole to stop annoying adverts when surfing the web. Improvement
Technology can be part of the problem but sometimes it can be a process linked to it. So what is an improvement specialist? Basically the same methods that helped Toyota and Motorola can be applied to the way you do things, I have been doing this in clinical environments for years helping teams improve the way they work to improve outcomes. I also offer training for individuals or teams to empower and equip them to continuously improve their work.
